Our clients kept juggling multiple tools for events. Registration lived in spreadsheets. Payments ran through separate systems. Check-in relied on printed lists. Teams worked from different data sources, leading to confusion, redundant work, and stress on event day.

The question kept coming up: "Why isn't there one platform that handles everything?"

So we built it.


What We Built

Eventduos manages the entire event lifecycle in one place; registration, payment processing, check-in, and reporting. One source of truth. One dashboard. No more juggling.

Dynamic registration forms adapt to different event types without custom code. QR code check-in automates entry and updates in real time. Payment processing integrates directly, handling merchandise and ticket add-ons in one transaction. Real-time dashboards give organizers live visibility into registrations, revenue, and check-ins.

For running events, we added item collection tracking. Runners claim race packets days before the event, and the system handles everything, no duplicates, no missing items.

The marketing site segments messaging for corporate events, weddings, conferences, and sports competitions. Each type has different needs, and the site speaks to all of them without diluting the core message: stop juggling tools, start managing events.


Pilot Launch

We launched with corporate seminars first. Registration ran smoothly. Check-ins were fast. Payments processed without errors. Organizers got their data immediately instead of days later.

It worked. More importantly, organizers didn't want to go back to their fragmented setup.


From Designer to Developer

This project changed how I work. Before Eventduos, I designed in Figma and handed off to developers. This time, I built the full stack, frontend, backend, integrations, infrastructure.

AI tools made that shift possible. They accelerated learning, helped me navigate unfamiliar code, and let me move faster. But they required clear direction and good documentation. I still made the architectural decisions, debugged issues, and determined what to build. AI was the co-pilot, not the driver.

I developed a simple loop: research competitors, identify best implementations, build and test, document everything. Documentation became critical, it created context for both me and the AI tools, making future iterations faster and more consistent.


What We Proved

Single-source-of-truth systems eliminate massive friction. When all data lives in one place, teams stop second-guessing whether they have the latest information.

AI tools genuinely accelerate solo development when you understand the domain well enough to guide them.

Building the full stack changes how you design. You make different trade-offs when you're responsible for implementation. You prioritize based on value versus complexity. You stop over-engineering because you're the one maintaining it.


What's Next

We're expanding beyond corporate events, refining features based on real usage, and building integrations with tools organizers already use. The platform evolves as we learn from each event.

And personally, every feature continues to teach me what it means to build software end-to-end the gap between designing something and making it work reliably in production.
